Lepidolite help balance the hemispheres of the brain.  It helps reduce anxiety and fear.  I was first gifted lepidolite when one of my cats was sunsetting as a way to help with grief.  I’ve used it since then for the anticipation of an event that will cause grief.  I actually put it near where a sunsetting cat sleeps.  I’ve also had people use it for the type of grief we feel dealing with challenges that make us grieve the type of life we expected when it’s clear that things will go differently.
