I see you.  I'll climb down into the hole with you (please look up Brene Brown's video about climbing down in the hole if you aren't familiar with it).  Sometimes things are just hard.  And some people are uncomfortable getting in the hole with you.  But sometimes that's how we have to get past it.  We have to sit in it and own it in order to properly process it and put it behind us forever.  But no one says you have to do that alone!  Roll on this blend of Bergamot, Lemon, Ginger, Peppermint, Juniper Berry, Frankincense, Eucalyptus, Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang, and White Fir and know that that's me sending my love and support.  And when the time is right to lift our heads to the light, we will climb out together and leave this time behind.  Love and light!
